Any of the following massage techniques, with or without aromatherapy, can be combined at no extra charge:
Deep Tissue Massage
A good deep tissue massage can make you feel things that you have never felt before – it can be life changing. This massage will connect you with your body. Deep tissue massages are for everybody, but are especially recommended for people who are physically active, people who experience sever muscles pain or muscle stiffness, and people who have severe joint pain. You can feel the effects of just one massage for up to 72 hours after the treatment.
Pre and post natal massage
Pre and post-natal massages are ideal for women in their 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy, or after childbirth. As your body begins to change, it also begins to experience more and more pressure. Regular massages will help you with blood flow, reduce swelling and alleviate back pain. This massage can also release endorphins, helping to deal with the hormonal changes you are experiencing.
Fire Cupping Massage
Fire cupping is an ancient treatment that has been used for over 3’000 years. Fire cupping uses heat and vacuum to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, stagnation and much more. This treatment can also help relieve respiratory discomfort such as coughing, runny noses, cold or flu.
Fire Cupping Preventative Therapy
This treatment is used to prevent illness or pain. It can last up to 30 minutes.
Fire Cupping Massage
Classical fire cupping. It can last up to 1.5 hours.
If done properly, stretching and flexibility work can have a calming effect on the body and mind. Your muscles are all interconnected – stretching parts of the body will have an effect on the whole body. Stretching is ideal for individuals who would like to increase their range of motion, people who regularly train and people who suffer from cramping.
All of the above massages can be done with or without aromatherapy. Ian makes his own oils from organic and biological products. He is happy to help you find the perfectly curated individual aromatherapy experience.
